"What I love most about working at Villa Maria is the deep connection I feel to both the residents and the community. Growing up in Plainfield, it means so much to me to give back to the same town that shaped me. My great-grandmother was also a resident here, and the care she received left such a positive impact on my family. Knowing I can now be part of providing that same kind of care makes this work feel personal and special.

The sense of community among the staff is another reason I love being here. We truly support each other and work together with kindness and respect.
